Maytag Use & Care

Maximize the performance of your Maytag Refrigerator with our use & care tips.

At Maytag.London American Appliance Repair, we care about our customers. We want them to get the maximum life out of their appliances, so we provide suggestions for preventative maintenance as well as refrigerator repair services.

When caring for your appliances, the number one rule is always to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. This might mean leaving your freezer set at the recommended coolness or cleaning the condenser coils or changing the water filter. Either way, the recommendations will help to keep your appliance in optimal working condition. It is especially important to follow the recommendations if you have a warranty on your appliance, in order to prevent the voiding of that warranty.

Caring for Maytag Fridges and Maytag Freezers

Caring for your refrigerator and freezer properly can really help to extend its life and prevent the need for expensive repairs or replacement. One tip that the technicians from American Maytag Repair like to share with customers is to clean your refrigerator’s vent panels and condenser coils regularly. This will keep the coils working at optimal efficiency, cooling your food faster while using less electricity.
